1. SHIPPING RATES: We charge you whatever the exact shipping rate is to deliver your product in the most cost-effective manner. In 90% of all cases, this is United Parcel Service (UPS) in the U.S.. If you simply HAVE to supply a P.O. Box then U.S. Postal Service is our only choice, which is more expensive. If you are outside the U.S., again, the most cost effective method is usually U.S. Postal, with surface rates less costly than air freight.

FREE SHIPPING & QUANTITY DISCOUNTS: Instead of raising prices in 1997 and 1998, to accommodate substantial increases in shipping costs, we have discontinued our "Buy X-amount and get FREE SHIPPING" program, as well as our quantity discount program. Instead, we are focusing on trying to keep the pricing on our products as low as possible and using freight charges that accurately reflect our true cost.
