What a great site! I did food combinging years ago and my body loved it. Why did I stop? Who knows. Now, at 65 it crossed my mind and I goggled it. (Have been eating organic and healthy...just not combining). Tried three of four sites under various headings until I found yours. Clear, concise.

Yummy. I am 28 years old and have lived a vegetarian life for 28 years. I try many veggie jerkies and not one comes CLOSE to this!! I am totally stoked =)
I now have to order on-line because the Whole Foods market no longer carries this product =(.

Thanks for your post. I'm very proud of you. Like my son, he's only 13 years old and he's been a vegan for ...yep, 13 years!!!
I'll have our sales rep find out why they are not carrying our Meatless Jerky. In the meantime, ask them why or better yet, ask them to order it for you. We are in ALL the Whole Foods here in Los Angeles. No reason we are not in the Whole Foods in Las Vegas.

Usually 1 hours. But if you need a little liquid during a meal, tiny, little sips of water to just mix with your food is ok.

Daily Diet
Morning
(First Food Upon Rising)
FRUIT: First food in the morning is Fresh Fruit. Best fruit is enzymic fruit. Pineapple, Mango, Strawberries, Papaya, Kiwi, all tropical fruits are the best. Oranges, apples, plums, nectarines and peaches are good, too, but don't have the essential enzymes for burning and digesting fat and proteins. The fruit is used to clean the stomach, get the blood sugar elevated for energy and prepare the body to receive the next meal. Eat 3 to 4 different fruits in one bowl. Also, a handful of cashews & pre-soaked almonds. All nuts should be soaked over night & drained, placed into the refrigerator. Good for 1 week.
No sweet fruits like bananas, dates, raisins or dried fruits. They have no juice or good scrubbing fibers.
30 Minutes after fruit
(Breakfast)
CARBOHYDRATES: The second meal is composed of complex carbohydrates. These are Yams, Pasta, Rice, Oatmeal, Whole Grain Cereals with Soy, Rice, Hazelnut, Almond Milk and Cooked whole Grains. (1 teaspoon of extra virgin cold press olive oil and/or flaxseed, sunflower seed, sesame seed, borge & pumpkin). These oils are very important for the hormones to not think that the body is being starved. When that happens, the body tends to hoard the fat.
These foods provide energy for the first half of the day and power you through your workout. The carbohydrates breakdown into glucose and last for 4 to 5 hours. It's best to only have one kind of carbohydrate at this meal. 1 yam, 1 bowl of pasta, 1 bowl of rice, etc...
2 Hours after Complex Carbs (Breakfast) (Optional – set up for those with cancer and other health issues)
Vegetable Juice Cocktail (8oz) made up of carrots, beets, parsley, broccoli, celery, green apples, lemons, garlic & ginger
3 Hours after Complex Carbs
1 hour after juice
(Lunch)
PROTIEN: The third meal is your protein meal. This meal is composed of Hormone FREE Flesh Foods (i.e. chicken, egg whites, tuna, fish) or Beans, Tofu, Temphe, Veggie Burgers, Tofu Hot Dogs, Chicken Free-Chicken, Veggie Deli Meats, Faken Bacon, Seitan, Nuts & Seeds, etc.... All proteins need vegetables and salad to help them digest and move the protein through. Pick only one of the proteins above and include your favorite steamed vegetable with a salad. (Lemon juice or vinegar with cold pressed organic olive oil for your dressing). Eat as many vegetables and salad as desired.
The body should have 1/2 gram of protein per body pound. If you weigh 130 lbs., 65 grams of protein is sufficient per day. Go with your desired weight.
3 Hours After Protein
(Mid Afternoon Snack)
CARBOHYDRATES: The fourth meal. Repeat carbohydrate meal.
2 Hours after Complex Carbs (Optional – set up for those with cancer and other health issues)
Vegetable Juice Cocktail (8oz) made up of carrots, beets, parsley, broccoli, celery, green apples, lemons, garlic & ginger.
3 Hours After Carbohydrate Meal
1 hour after juice
(Dinner)
PROTIEN: The fifth meal. Repeat Protein Meal
3 Hours After Protein Meal
(Night Time Snack)
FRUIT: The sixth meal. Repeat Fruit Meal

Hello Again - I sent an e-mail a few minutes ago, from a different location.....Very glad to have found this site! My immediate health concern is lymphedema of my right hand and wrist only.
This developed all of a sudden after breast surgery 4 years ago. (lumpectomy with sentinal node removed and 6 weeks of radiation.) I plan to address my overweight (by 40 lbs.) and other issues and know this site will help me greatly....THANK YOU.

Dear Suzi,
This is a common problem when the nodes are removed and radiaton is used. So sorry for this. Some important articles to read are: "Milk, recipe for cancer," and "Food Allergies & Systemic Candida Albicans."
It's important for you to learn about the dangers of HRT, meat & dairy and how to protect yourself from the actual treatments like Radiation.
